This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the lightweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of London, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 1 losses; Brijbhushan Siddika! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Sydney, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 1 losses; Ernest Chabot!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Dean Styles and Lou da Vinci.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Chabot shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Siddika manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Still in half guard, Chabot seems content to control.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Siddika working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Chabot doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Chabot manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Chabot really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Siddika. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Chabot got a little sloppy there for a moment and Siddika has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Chabot has managed to get both his arms back between Siddika's legs - danger averted.
