The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thongrak takes one to the side of the head.
Vera throws an overhand right that lands on Thongrak's shoulder, as Thongrak tries to avoid the shot.
Thongrak connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Brandon Vera seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A lazy left from Vera finds it's target.
A nice leg kick from Thongrak, right into the meat of the thigh.

Vera tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Thongrak was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Thongrak digs a good body shot into Vera's ribs.
Vera misses with a combination
and Thongrak counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Thongrak wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Oooooh!!! Thongrak has knocked Vera down with a huge combo! Thongrak steps away and waves a wobbly Vera back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Brandon Vera has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Vera is keeping his hands low and just asking to be knocked out. Thongrak Raises his leg and lands a stunning axe kick! Vera is out cold, face down on the mat!
