This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the middleweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of New York, with a TWGC record of 21 wins and 10 losses; Dreynos Elvul! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Tokyo, with a TWGC record of 16 wins and 13 losses; Hand Solo!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Franklyn Lucas and Columbo Gatti.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Elvul moves into range and clinches up with Solo.

Solo got a little sloppy there for a moment and Elvul has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Solo has managed to get both his arms back between Elvul's legs - danger averted.
Elvul is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Solo is riding his opponent, not letting Elvul buck him off.

Elvul is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Oblivion Gate, so we'll see if he gets out of it.
