Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gomez Selena!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, James Dalton!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Steve Montenegro and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Selena on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Selena clinches with his opponent.
Selena doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Dalton struggles to land a body shot inside as Selena controls his hands.
Dalton lands a nice uppercut.
It looks like Gomez Selena has been cut.
Dalton on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Dalton goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Dalton.
Selena tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Selena throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Dalton prevents a body shot from Selena.
Dalton creates a bit of space for himself and unleashed what can only be described as a tiger uppercut, straight out of Street Fighter! Selena crashes to the mat! Can he make it back to his feet in time? 3,4,5,6... it doesn't look like he's going to make it! Selena face plants back to the mat and the referee calls off the fight! Dalton takes it with a brutal technical knockout!
