Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mer Lo (ranked 2096 p4p, 1341 weight class) and Worf Mogh (ranked 151 p4p, 101 weight class). Mogh comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Gimme The Loot kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Worf Mogh has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mer Lo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 11 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Worf Mogh! The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Dmitry Maklakov and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mogh misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Lo.
Lo connects with a looping right hand.
Mogh doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Nice body punch from Lo. A looping hook to the body misses from Lo. Mogh does a little dance to reset his feet. Mogh takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
It looks like Worf Mogh has been cut. Lo lands a jab to Mogh's midsection. Lo looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Lo misses with a wild body shot. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lo lands a glancing blow to the side of Mogh's head. Lo misses with a looping right. Lo throws a right hand that misses
and Mogh counters with a nice body shot. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Mogh fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lo ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Mogh ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lo moves away. Lo takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Mogh with a body punch. A glancing blow. Lo waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Mogh. A left lands for Mogh. Mogh is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Lo rather than just go for the knockout. Decent striking displayed by Lo there. Lo's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Mogh connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Lo scrambles back to his feet.
It looks like Mer Lo has been cut. Mogh listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Lo lunges at Mogh with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Mogh's hand. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Mogh connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fighters circling - Mogh throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Lo moves to clinch but Mogh breaks away and Mogh decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Lo's guard. Mogh slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Lo is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Mogh postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Mogh is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Mogh throws a big elbow that misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mogh avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Mogh wants to control from the top but Lo keeps moving. Mogh has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Mogh showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Lo utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Mogh trying to control but Lo is working from the bottom. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Lo avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Mogh wants to control from the top but Lo keeps moving.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Good standup being displayed there by Mogh as he connects with a hook.
Lo is rocked! Lo takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Oh Lo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Lo is breathing heavily. Mogh is stalking Lo. Lo circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Mogh, and it's lights out! Lo really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Worf Mogh! During a confident post fight interview, Worf Mogh thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
