Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ty Castro (ranked 2816 p4p, 4409 weight class) and Dong Hyun Ma (ranked 338 p4p, 429 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ma looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Castro!
Castro wings away with a couple of strikes but they don't land.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Castro tries to buck Ma off but Ma is having none of it.
Ma trying to control the action but Castro is working from the bottom.
Ma is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Castro is looking to reverse the position.
Castro throws an elbow to the body but it doesn't land.

Ma wants to lay and pray for a moment but Castro keeps working.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Ma is trying to control. Castro wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Ma stuffs the takedown attempt from Castro. Castro gets slowly back to his feet.

Castro pulls Ma in close to his closed guard and prevents Ma from doing any damage or advancing position.

Ma drops back looking for a leg! Castro is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Castro manages to kick Ma off! Ma jumps back into Castro's guard.

Castro has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Ma should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Castro has tightened it up now! Ma should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
