The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miocic tries to score with a low kick but Justen moves his leg out of the way.
Miocic circles away from the clinch attempt.
Miocic throws a head kick but Justen moves out of range.
Justen throws a sloppy head kick and Miocic moves out of range easily.
Justen bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Justen moves out of range as Miocic strikes.
Justen lands a high kick!
Miocic looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Justen lands with an uppercut that bounces Miocic off the cage and back into range.
Justen shoots in for a double leg but Miocic sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Justen slips under a jab from Miocic.
Justen changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.

Justen lands a high kick to the side of Miocic's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Justen dives into guard, looking to finish.

Miocic is rocked!

It looks like Jon Miocic has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Miocic controlling the position.
Oh Miocic is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Miocic keeping moving, preventing Justen from controlling successfully.
Miocic seems to have got his legs back now.

Miocic had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Justen defends it easily.
