Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rivo Niskanen (ranked 5516 p4p, 22866 weight class) and Jaz Moore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rivo Niskanen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 8 - 56 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jaz Moore! The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Paulsen Ambrosius and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Niskanen scores with a leg kick.
Good standup being displayed there by Niskanen as he connects with a hook. Niskanen throws a quick inside leg kick. Niskanen throws a leg kick which misses Moore's front leg but catches the back leg as Moore tries to avoid it. Niskanen works the jab nicely. Moore misses with a double jab
and Niskanen makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. A nice combination there by Niskanen.
A head kick misses from Niskanen. Moore throws a counter combo. Moore tries for a takedown but Niskanen circles away easily and Niskanen counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A slapping leg kick lands for Niskanen.
Moore changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Niskanen tries to avoid it but Moore manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Niskanen to the ground. Niskanen escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Niskanen lands with a kick to the ribs.
Niskanen connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Moore fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. An attempted straight right counter from Niskanen misses the target. Rivo Niskanen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jaz Moore. A low kick lands for Niskanen.
That's one minute gone in the round. Moore takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Niskanen fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Moore on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Moore tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Niskanen swivels and escapes. Moore doesn't succeed with the takedown and Niskanen counters with a thumping low kick. Moore looks winded! Niskanen throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Moore's coach down at Pure Progress Fitness was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Moore's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Moore's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Horrible takedown attempt by Moore or perhaps it was just good defense by Niskanen, which made it look bad. Niskanen is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Rivo Niskanen is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Niskanen lands a brutal head kick. Moore looks out on his feet and Niskanen throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
