The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Felipe Paraventi and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lopez tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Bones wants to counter the offense by Lopez and move into the clinch position.
Lopez darts in looking for a takedown but Bones gets double underhooks and turns Lopez into the cage.
Bones is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.

Lopez wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Bones has him pressed against the cage.
Bones has Lopez pressed against the cage, preventing Lopez from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

It looks like Charles Lopez has been cut.
Bones shoots in for a takedown. He's got it... He's hoisted his opponent over his head and is carrying him over to the other end of the mat. The crowd roars in approval and Bones slams his opponent to the mat. OH, that is naaaaaasty! He's out! Bones lands a punch to his unconscious victim for good measure before the ref has time to call the fight.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Slam). Ragnar Bones!
