Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Raphael Simbolon (ranked 4059 p4p, 3335 weight class) and Farao Marao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simbolon throws a hook to the side of Marao's head but Marao sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Marao shoots in looking for a takedown but Simbolon manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Marao's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Simbolon changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.

Marao shoots in and bounces Simbolon off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Simbolon tries to strike from the bottom.
Marao controlling from the top position.
Marao is standing up over Simbolon. Simbolon looks to escape but Marao dives into side control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Marao in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Simbolon is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
