Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 23 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Major Pain!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sebastian Burger!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Stewart Dunkirk and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pain fails to land the takedown.
Pain shoots in for a takedown but Burger shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Burger looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Pain steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Burger.
As Burger tries to get set, Pain tries to push him back and clinch up but Burger manages to avoid the attempt.
Pain fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Burger manages to avoid it.
Burger misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Pain tries for a takedown but Burger circles away easily
and Burger counters with an outside leg kick.
Burger looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Major Pain. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Burger throws a sloppy head kick and Pain moves out of range easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Burger throws a head kick but Pain moves out of range.
Pain rushes Burger and presses him up against the cage.
Pain is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Burger is defending well.
Stalling in the clinch from Pain.

Pain scores with a nice hook to the head.
A right hook to the body lands for Pain.
Pain manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Pain has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Burger doesn't defend quickly enough and Pain has managed to lock this one up! Can Burger escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Pain on a fantastic submission victory.
