Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ben Reed (ranked 2288 p4p, 2060 weight class) and John Wick (ranked 257 p4p, 237 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 31 - 25 - 3, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ben Reed!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, John Wick!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wick misses with a double jab.
Wick ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Good exchange - Reed coming out on top.
Wick comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Wick looks to land a right hand but Reed moved out of range.
Wick throws a hook to the side of Reed's head but Reed sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Wick just misses with a punch to the body.
Reed throws a chopping leg kick but Wick manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Wick moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Reed steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Wick.
Reed cracks Wick with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
John Wick seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wick lands with an overhand left.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Reed connects with a solid leg kick.
Wick lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Wick tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Reed paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Wick takes one on the button.
Wick lands a right hook to the body.
Wick misses with a hook.
Reed throwing a counter right hand but Wick manages to avoid it.

Reed pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Reed misses with a lunging right hand
and Wick counters with a nice uppercut.
Wick misses with a looping left.
Wick pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Reed back to the cage. Wick follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Wick scores with a hook to the body. Reed takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Reed looks to land a right hand but Wick moved out of range.
Wick lands a slapping body shot.
Reed really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Reed misses with a straight right.
Reed misses with a hook. Wick ducked under it nicely.
Reed misses with a leg kick.
Reed throws a nice head kick!
Wick dips to his left and cracks Reed with an uppercut!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Reed throws a shot from downtown. Wick moves away and avoids it.
Wick has tried to improve his agility in the runup to this fight.
Reed thows a left - swing and a miss!
Reed has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Wick.
Reed misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Wick missing with a left hand there. Reed was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Reed has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Crapollas Gym in the buildup to the fight.
Reed has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Wick finds it's way round the side to connect with Reed's head.

Wick throws a lazy uppercut
and Reed counters with a nice uppercut.
Reed slips a jab and a cross from Wick.
Wick throws an overhand right that lands on Reed's shoulder, as Reed tries to avoid the shot.
Reed throwing a counter right hand but Wick manages to avoid it.
Wick takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Reed uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Wick.

Wick throws a body shot but no joy.
Reed fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Reed throws a sloppy head kick and Wick moves out of range easily.
Wick throws a big shot that misses.
Wick fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Reed manages to avoid it.

Wick throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Reed sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Reed's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Wick connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Reed scrambles back to his feet.
Wick misses with a wild body shot.
Good shot there by Reed.

Reed slips under a jab.
Reed pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Nice defenses there by Reed.
Wick lands a nice shot to the body.

Reed lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Wick connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Reed momentarily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

A jab from Wick does it's job there.
Reed is rocked!

Wick wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Oh Reed is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Reed is breathing heavily.
Wick lands a big uppercut and this one is all over! His foe lies motionless on the canvas - a massive one punch knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). John Wick!
A very excited looking John Wick made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
