Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Red Patricia!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Demian Baptista!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Yves DeLean and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Patricia fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Baptista closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Baptista lands in his opponent's guard.
Baptista passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Patricia stops Baptista from passing to mount.
Baptista lands an elbow.
Baptista working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Baptista throws an elbow but Patricia slips to the side and avoids it well.
Baptista sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Patricia is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

Patricia is trying to get back to half guard.

Patricia tries to escape but Baptista is in control.
Baptista decides to stand back up.
Patricia tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Baptista looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Baptista walks forward, straight into a front kick from Patricia.
Baptista looks gassed!
Baptista shoots in looking for a takedown. Patricia tries to sprawl out of it but Baptista keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Patricia manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Patricia dips to his left and cracks Baptista with an uppercut!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Baptista tries to clinch but Patricia is having none of it.
Patricia buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Patricia feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Baptista crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Red Patricia!
