Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Shaman Weaver (ranked 2668 p4p, 5465 weight class) and Justin McGreegan (ranked 302 p4p, 438 weight class). Weaver's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Close Your Eyes by Acen. McGreegan is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Blow At High Dough - Tragically Hip. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Justin McGreegan enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Weaver throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. McGreegan was covering up waiting for the punch and Weaver finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Weaver controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Weaver wants to pass the guard but McGreegan is keeping the position.

Weaver stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. McGreegan swivels though and keeps the full guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Weaver accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
