With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Mike Meza!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Jeff Smith and Colin Fray.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meza throws a body shot but no joy.
Meza fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jones manages to avoid it.
Meza just misses with a punch to the body.
Jones uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Meza.
Meza ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jones moves away.
Meza lands a nice hook to Jones's body. Jones takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Jones forces Meza back against the cage and clinches.
Meza blocks a body shot from Jones.
Meza blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Meza works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Meza makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Jones throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

Jones definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Jones just misses with a elbow thrown towards Meza's brow.

Meza breaks the clinch.

Meza tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jones was well out of range. Poor timing from Meza.

and Jones counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Meza!

Jones tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Jones has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Meza has left one of his arms exposed and Jones doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Meza screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
