Harkless comes into a darkened arena with his song building. hi my name- eninem kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Steve Erwin could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Deshun Harkless's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Deshun Harkless!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Colin Fray and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Harkless.
Erwin managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Harkless.
Check out the look on Harkless's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Harkless is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Erwin has escaped the position, nice work there.
Harkless stands up and beckons Erwin to his feet.
Erwin is breathing heavily.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Harkless.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Erwin seems a little lost for a moment, as Harkless dominates the positioning.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Harkless's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Erwin looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Harkless passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Erwin!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Harkless takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Harkless moves to the back.
Harkless is working for a rear naked choke. Erwin is not defending it well and Harkless has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Erwin refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Erwin's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Deshun Harkless!
