PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between John Meadows (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrew Hossa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Andrew Hossa was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Andrew Hossa!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Robert Twigg and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hossa misses with a jab, cross combination.
Meadows fails with the takedown.
Hossa throws a half hearted mid kick.
Meadows tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hossa swivels and escapes.
Hossa fails to land with a series of punches.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Meadows.
Meadows is looking to take a break and control but Hossa is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
