Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Claudius Tiberescu (ranked 4493 p4p, 5356 weight class) and Nathan Lee (ranked 206 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Claudius Tiberescu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Nathan Lee!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Illya Tyunina and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tiberescu misses with a wild body shot.

Despite the aggression on Lee's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Tiberescu really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Tiberescu throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Lee closes the distance and clinches up with Tiberescu, looking for a takedown. Lee pushes Tiberescu against the cage but Tiberescu circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Tiberescu rushes Lee and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

It looks like Nathan Lee has been cut.
Tiberescu can't find room to land a body shot as Lee controls the action.
Tiberescu tries to throw a body punch but Lee avoids it by throwing Tiberescu back against the cage.
Tiberescu breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lee ducks under a wild hook from Tiberescu.
Lee tries to counter with a clinch but Tiberescu shakes him off and moves away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lee avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Tiberescu misses with a wild body shot.
Lee misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Lee ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
And Lee tries to counter it with a takedown but Tiberescu pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Tiberescu lands with an uppercut that bounces Lee off the cage and back into range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Tiberescu defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Lee.

Lee should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Claudius Tiberescu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tiberescu throws a pinpoint strike between Lee's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Lee crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Tiberescu scores a great knockout victory!
