Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sam Neckpunch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyke Mison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Alyssa Summers and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mison cracks a nice hook into Neckpunch's ribs.
Mison shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Neckpunch throws out a loose jab but Mison uses good head movement to avoid it.
Neckpunch misses with a looping left.
Neckpunch misses with an uppercut. Mison saw that one coming.
Mison uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Neckpunch has time to react.
It looks like Sam Neckpunch has been cut.
A jab-cross combination lands for Mison and sends Neckpunch crashing to the mat! Mison follows him down to the mat - Neckpunch regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
