Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Agent Smith (ranked 1287 p4p, 1505 weight class) and Dag Schotel (ranked 176 p4p, 206 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dag Schotel!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Yukihiro Shimada and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schotel throws a looping overhand right but Smith ducks down to avoid it.
Smith lands a big head kick that sends Schotel tumbling to the mat! Smith takes a step backwards and waves Schotel back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Dag Schotel has been cut.
Schotel slips under a jab from Smith.
Schotel fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Smith looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Schotel throws a body shot but no joy.
A head kick misses from Smith.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Smith scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Schotel misses with a right hand
and Smith counters with a monster hook and another for good measure! Schotel falls to the ground, out cold! Stick some heavy metal music over the top of that clip and it's one for the highlight makers!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Agent Smith!
An out of breath and clearly excited Agent Smith thanked Mythical Fighter for their help and support (and free stuff they sent him).
