Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nate Anderson!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Daniel Franklin and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson scores with a jab. Millar acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Millar swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Anderson throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Millar counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Anderson's guard now.
Anderson utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Anderson preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Millar's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Millar prevents Anderson from getting back to his feet.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Millar working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Millar has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Millar in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Millar postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Anderson throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Millar sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Nice sprawl there from Millar as Anderson shoots in.
Millar throws a series of punches but Anderson avoids them all with ease.

The fighters circle momentarily. Anderson darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Anderson slips a jab and a cross from Millar.
Anderson throws an overhand right that lands on Millar's shoulder, as Millar tries to avoid the shot.

Anderson has managed to clinch.
Millar wants to break the clinch but can't.

Anderson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Anderson fails in his attempt to clinch.
Anderson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Millar avoids a punch combination nicely.
Anderson lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Millar misses with the combination.
Millar with a jab.
Anderson throws out a loose jab but Millar uses good head movement to avoid it.
Millar walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Anderson scores with a jab to the head.


Millar is rocked!
A big right followed by a crushing left from Anderson knocks Millar out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
