Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Caelan Aengus (ranked 2350 p4p, 23632 weight class) and Tapad Amiga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 9 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Caelan Aengus! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 22 - 52 - 3, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tapad Amiga! The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Albert Achterberg and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Aengus throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Amiga on the side of the head. Aengus jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
A jab from Aengus finds it's way through Amiga's defenses. Aengus loads up on a big right hand but Amiga slips the punch. Amiga has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Aengus finds it's way round the side to connect with Amiga's head. Amiga fails with the takedown. Aengus scores with a jab to the jaw. Decent striking displayed by Aengus there. Aengus lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Amiga doesn't succeed with the takedown and Aengus counters with a nice uppercut. Aengus is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. This has been an exciting period of action! Amiga ducks under a wild hook from Aengus. A nice side step and Amiga releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
That's one minute gone in the round. Aengus has Amiga up against the cage in a clinch.
Aengus leaning his opponent against the cage. Amiga is looking to take this one to the mat. Caelan Aengus has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tapad Amiga. Aengus scores with a shot to the side of Amiga's head. A body shot lands from Aengus.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Amiga is trying to pull guard but Aengus turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Aengus breaks from the clinch.
Caelan Aengus is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Aengus misses the jab. Amiga follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land. Jab by Aengus. Aengus connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Aengus lands with a right hand. Aengus takes the fight into the clinch. Aengus's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Aengus misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A leg kick checked by Amiga.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Amiga goes for a double leg but Aengus avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Aengus continues to drive forward. A left lands for Aengus. Aengus throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Amiga replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Aengus blocks it well. Aengus lands an overhand right. Amiga ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Caelan Aengus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Aengus connects with a good right hand that stumbles Amiga. Amiga circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Amiga on the wrong end of a nice jab. Aengus lands with a hook. Amiga tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Amiga is rocked! Aengus tests Amiga's chin there with a solid looking shot. Amiga is still on wobbly legs! Can Aengus finish him? Aengus scores with a hook. Aengus pounces like a tiger and cracks Amiga with a vicious hook! Amiga is down but not out! Aengus follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Caelan Aengus! An out of breath Caelan Aengus thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
