Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dashawn Ortiz (ranked 3677 p4p, 3984 weight class) and Aron George (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Dashawn Ortiz has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dashawn Ortiz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Aron George! The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ortiz with a hook. George takes one to the side of the head.
George takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. A telegraphed takedown attempt from George is defended easily by Ortiz. Ortiz throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck George on the side of the head. Ortiz misses with a wild combination.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ortiz lands a slapping body shot.

George takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. George dives in and grabs Ortiz's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ortiz pushes down on George's head and hops out.

George feints and as Ortiz raises his hands in defense, George changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. George doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. And that's the end of the fight! Dashawn Ortiz showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Ortiz, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
