Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Erkki Tumminen (ranked 3421 p4p, 24559 weight class) and Van Dukes (ranked 412 p4p, 564 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Erkki Tumminen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Van Dukes!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dukes takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Tumminen bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Dukes's head backwards.
Tumminen lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
The fighters circling - Dukes throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Tumminen tries a head kick but it misses.
Tumminen scores with the left hand. Dukes knows he should have avoided that one.
Tumminen lands a nice leg kick that just misses Dukes's sensitive parts.

Tumminen bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Erkki Tumminen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tumminen jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Tumminen lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Dukes at a distance.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Dukes on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Dukes takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Tumminen lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Tumminen lands with a shot to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tumminen lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Tumminen fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Dukes on the side of the head.
Tumminen scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Tumminen sizes up Dukes with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Dukes takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
The crowd cheers as Tumminen lands an impressive looking overhand right. Dukes doesn't seem phased though.

Dukes shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Tumminen's corner calls for a 1-2. Tumminen obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Tumminen turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Tumminen just misses with a punch to the body.
Dukes looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Tumminen lands a nice hook to Dukes's body. Dukes takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Tumminen smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Tumminen is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Tumminen jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Tumminen connects with a crisp jab.
Tumminen throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Dukes stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Tumminen takes a swing at Dukes's ribcage but misses.
Dukes throws a big counter head kick but Tumminen avoids it with no problem.
Dukes misses with a hook. Tumminen ducked under it nicely.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Tumminen fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Dukes has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Tumminen scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Dukes doesn't seem bothered though.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Dukes takes one to the side of the head.
Tumminen cracks Dukes with a right hand to the side of the head.
Dukes needs to keep his hands up - Tumminen had a free shot at his head there.
Dukes is rocked!
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Tumminen seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Dukes throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Tumminen drops Dukes with a naaaaasty hook - Dukes is in real trouble here! Tumminen dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
