Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Yawa Kiang (ranked 23594 p4p, 23529 weight class) and Way Nada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 30 - 47 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yawa Kiang! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 35 - 42 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Way Nada! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Alan Glass and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Kiang tries for a takedown but Nada sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. No luck for Kiang with that takedown attempt. Nada gets a double leg takedown into Kiang's guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nada thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Kiang is pulling down on Nada's head to control his posture.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kiang looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Nada is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Nada's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Kiang trying to control the position.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Nada gets caught flat footed, as Kiang shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Nada trying to control the position here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kiang's corner is telling him to maintain position. Nada is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Nada looking to hit a scissor sweep but Kiang is one step ahead there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Nada trying to control the position here.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Way Nada dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. Nada is trying hard to land a takedown here. Kiang sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Kiang shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Nada kicks Kiang off and gets back to his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nada tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Kiang defends well and Nada ends up having to push Kiang into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Nada lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nada shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kiang as he avoids it easily. Kiang thinks about countering with a body kick. Yawa Kiang has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Way Nada. Kiang shoots for a takedown but Nada saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Nada shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Kiang counters with a nice body kick.
Kiang closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Kiang lands in his opponent's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kiang controlling from the top position. Kiang's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Nada trying to control the position here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kiang controls the pace of the fight for a moment. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Nada tries to land a sweep but no joy.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Kiang tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Nada manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Nada shapes to counter with a head kick. Nada shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Kiang defends it nicely. Kiang seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Yawa Kiang dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round! Nada slaps away a takedown attempt from Kiang, before circling back to the center of the mat. Kiang throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Nada's waist but Nada gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kiang off to one side. Nada misses with a takedown attempt - Kiang sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nada feints and as Kiang raises his hands in defense, Nada changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kiang doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Nada won't allow Kiang to sweep him here. Kiang is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Nada is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Nada tries to free his leg and advance position but Kiang is retaining full guard. Nada looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Nada throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kiang's waist but Kiang gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Nada off to one side. Kiang thinks about countering with a body kick. Nada stuffs the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Yawa Kiang. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kiang gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Nada to score an easy takedown into full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kiang seems keen to control Nada's posture. Nada looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Kiang is striking from the bottom but Nada uses the opportunity to pass into half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Way Nada comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Nada has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
