Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rustam Kadurov (ranked 602 p4p, 1579 weight class) and Tatu Lehto (ranked 81 p4p, 218 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lehto cracks Kadurov with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Lehto misses with a body shot.
Lehto throws a head kick that misses.
Kadurov closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lehto circles away.
Lehto tests Kadurov's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Lehto moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

Kadurov misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Whack! Lehto lands a heavy head kick that drops Kadurov. The ref tackles Lehto to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Kadurov was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Tatu Lehto!
Our winner, Tatu Lehto, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
