Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rustam Kadurov (ranked 602 p4p, 1579 weight class) and Tatu Lehto (ranked 81 p4p, 218 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Rustam Kadurov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 13 - 10 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tatu Lehto! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Wagner Zegers and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lehto cracks Kadurov with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Lehto misses with a body shot.
Lehto throws a head kick that misses. Kadurov closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lehto circles away. Lehto tests Kadurov's chin there with a solid looking shot. Lehto moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Kadurov showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Lehto.
Kadurov drops his hands momentarily and Lehto takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Kadurov throws a body shot but no joy. A head kick misses from Lehto. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kadurov avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Kadurov looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Kadurov drops his hands momentarily and Lehto takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Lehto misses with a double jab.
Tatu Lehto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kadurov looks to land a right hand but Lehto moved out of range. Kadurov misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lehto avoids a punch combination nicely.
Lehto steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Kadurov. Lehto throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Kadurov's head. A jab from Lehto misses. Kadurov lands a right hook to the body.
A telegraphed right hand from Kadurov misses the target. Lehto looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it. Nice defenses there by Lehto. Kadurov misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Kadurov throws a shot from downtown. Lehto moves away and avoids it. Whack! Lehto lands a heavy head kick that drops Kadurov. The ref tackles Lehto to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Kadurov was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Tatu Lehto! Our winner, Tatu Lehto, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
