The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petrov scores with a jab. Vogels acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Vogels has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Petrov finds it's way round the side to connect with Vogels's head.
Petrov misses with an uppercut. Vogels saw that one coming.
Vogels throws a body kick that misses.
Petrov misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Vogels.

Vogels gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Petrov tries to break the clinch but Vogels is controlling the position.
Vogels digs a right hand underneath Petrov 's ribcage. Petrov let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Vogels keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Petrov 's efforts to push away.

Vogels tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Petrov 's elbow.
Vogels lands a right hand that snaps the head of Petrov backwards.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Vogels.

Petrov 's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Vogels lands a front kick to the face, that drops Petrov to the canvas! Is he dazed or just shocked? He's back to his feet and the referee is going to allow him to continue the fight!

Vogels explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
