Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Karol Bedorf (ranked 2847 p4p, 5507 weight class) and Sigandi Legend (ranked 298 p4p, 0 weight class). Sigandi Legend will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Karol Bedorf! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Sigandi Legend! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Paul Tew and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Legend lands a left and a right that send Bedorf crashing to the mat, dazed. Legend thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Karol Bedorf has been cut. Legend clinches up against the cage. Legend escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Legend throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Bedorf tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Bedorf throws a predictable looking body shot
and Legend connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Karol Bedorf's cut is getting worse. This has been an exciting period of action! No luck with that takedown attempt from Legend. Legend takes the fight into the clinch. A frustrated look appears on Legend's face as he tries to break the clinch. Bedorf working hard to break the clinch. Bedorf pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Legend is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Bedorf goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Legend rushes Bedorf and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Bedorf gets underhooks to prevent Legend's takedown attempt.
Bedorf jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Legend walks away with a smile on his face. Bedorf gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Legend throws a head kick but Bedorf moves out of range.
Legend keeps the fight on the outside. Legend closes the distance and clinches. Legend manages to break the clinch.
Legend with a poor takedown and Bedorf counters with a three punch combo that has Legend backing up. Legend nods at Bedorf to acknowledge the strikes. Karol Bedorf has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sigandi Legend. Bedorf shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Legend is trying to defend but Bedorf finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Bedorf not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Bedorf decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Bedorf fails with an attempt to clinch.
Legend misses with a takedown attempt - Bedorf sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Legend darts in and clinches Bedorf up against the cage. Bedorf really is a fat lump. Bedorf looking for a takedown. Bedorf is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Legend to keep the fight standing. Bedorf closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Legend did well to prevent Bedorf getting side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bedorf not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Legend looks winded! Bedorf thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Legend keeping hold of Bedorf's head, controlling as best he can. Legend is staying active underneath Bedorf, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Bedorf is pressing down on Legend's thigh, looking to free his foot. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. Legend shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bedorf sprawls well. Bedorf wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Legend gets slowly back to his feet. Sigandi Legend seems to be getting the better of the standup. Bedorf misses with a takedown and Legend holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Bedorf lands a hook to the side of the head. Legend drops down looking for an ankle pick but Bedorf pulls his leg out and moves away.
Legend shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bedorf has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Legend is working away from the top position though.

The referee asks Legend politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Legend prefers to stall for the moment though. Bedorf can't do much from the bottom here. Legend working the ground and pound. Bedorf is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Legend's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Bedorf trying to hold on to Legend's head to control him but Legend postures up.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Bedorf trying to control here.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. A momentary lapse in concentration from Bedorf enables Legend to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Bedorf manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Bedorf scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Legend is breathing heavily. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Bedorf gets in close and instigates a clinch. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Legend sneaks out the side door and pushes Bedorf away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape. Legend moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Bedorf fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Legend to the ground. Bedorf is now in Legend's guard. The fighters are working up against the cage. Legend manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage. Legend takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Bedorf just leaning against Legend, taking a breather. Legend's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Bedorf is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Legend. The fight moves into the clinch position. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Bedorf. Bedorf is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Bedorf tries to throw a body punch but Legend avoids it by throwing Bedorf back against the cage. Bedorf tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Legend manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

No joy there for Bedorf, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Legend is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Bedorf might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Bedorf not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Legend really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bedorf. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Bedorf moves into range and clinches up with Legend. Bedorf scores with a nice hook to the head. Legend wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Karol Bedorf. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bedorf unloads a knee to the mid-section. Legend lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Bedorf goes for a takedown attempt but Legend pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
