The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tenkula throws a head kick but Porter moves out of range.
Porter misses with a double jab
and Tenkula counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Porter lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

It looks like Tiamat Tenkula has been cut.
Tenkula misses with a hook. Porter ducked under it nicely.
Porter looks to land a right hand but Tenkula moved out of range.
An attempted straight right counter from Tenkula misses the target.
Porter throws a hook but Tenkula avoids it easily.
Tenkula swats away the attempt to clinch by Porter.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Porter throws a lazy uppercut
and Tenkula cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Tenkula uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Porter.
Porter smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Porter will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Tenkula tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Porter pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Tenkula uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Porter.
Tiamat Tenkula is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Porter throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Porter throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

and Tenkula counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Porter throws a lazy right hand but Tenkula sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Porter throws a looping overhand right but Tenkula ducks down to avoid it.

Porter moves into range and clinches up with Tenkula.

Tenkula pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Porter, as that shot connected.
Tenkula lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Porter might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

and Tenkula counters with a huge left! Porter is in big trouble! He's backing up but Tenkula isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Porter from any more damage. A dominating finish by Tenkula!

A relieved looking Tiamat Tenkula thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
