Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lamb moves into range and clinches up with Farmer.
Lamb lands a right hand.
Farmer looking for a takedown.

Farmer is trying to force a seperation but Lamb has the dominant position.

Lamb breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Lamb looks to throw the jab but Farmer is out of range.
A head kick misses from Farmer.

Lamb gets a clinch.

Lamb breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Farmer tries for a takedown but Lamb circles away easily
and Lamb counters with a nice body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Farmer misses with a jab, cross combination.
Lamb keeps the fight on the outside.
Lamb lands a right hook to the body.
Lamb ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Lamb closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Farmer takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Lamb forces Farmer back against the cage and clinches.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Farmer tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Farmer tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lamb sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Farmer somewhat.
Jax Lamb has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Elliott Farmer.

Lamb fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Farmer, pushing him back against the cage.
Lamb throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.

Lamb breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Farmer misses with a body shot.
Lamb is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Lamb throws a good cross that connects.

Lamb has Farmer up against the cage in a clinch.
Farmer can't get the takedown.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Lamb.
Farmer jumps guard but Lamb stands there with Farmer around his waist. Farmer gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Lamb.

Farmer misses with a knee to the head.

Lamb clinches up with Farmer and pushes him back against the cage.

and Lamb counters with a nice uppercut.

Farmer is still on wobbly legs! Can Lamb finish him?
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Farmer's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Lamb connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Farmer scrambles back to his feet.
Lamb avoids the head kick by Farmer.

Lamb lands a left and a right that send Farmer crashing to the mat, dazed. Lamb thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Lamb closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Farmer! Lamb dives in looking to finish! Farmer is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
