Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Erico Munhoz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ace Frehley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Erico Munhoz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ace Frehley! The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Luis Engracia and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Frehley looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Munhoz fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Munhoz slips a jab and a cross from Frehley.
Frehley fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Frehley misses with a double jab.
Munhoz tries to close the distance and clinch but Frehley swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Munhoz shoots in looking for a takedown. Frehley tries to sprawl out of it but Munhoz keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Frehley manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Munhoz tries for a takedown but Frehley sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Erico Munhoz. That's going to take a lot out of him. Frehley wants to clinch but Munhoz slips to the side and Munhoz counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Frehley is trying to get back to full guard. Munhoz sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Frehley defending well though. Frehley trying to control but Munhoz postures up.
Frehley tries to roll over but Munhoz keeps him under control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Frehley tries to kick Munhoz off but Munhoz keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Frehley is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Munhoz pulls his head out easily. Frehley looks gassed! Frehley is trying to stand.
Munhoz working over Frehley with some ground and pound. Frehley looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Munhoz is working for a kimura but Frehley is defending it quite comfortably.
Frehley tries to get to full guard but Munhoz has control of the leg. Munhoz really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Munhoz trying to control the action but Frehley is working from the bottom. Frehley is trying to stand back up but Munhoz is controlling him
That's two minutes gone in the round. Munhoz wants to control but Frehley is keeping him busy. Frehley is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Munhoz will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Munhoz decides to stand and escape the position. Munhoz fails with the takedown. Frehley misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Munhoz tries to clinch but Frehley moves out of range. No joy there for Frehley, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Frehley looks to land a combination but Munhoz avoids it well. Munhoz feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Munhoz trying to control but Frehley is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Frehley is trying to hold Munhoz in close to prevent damage but Munhoz has managed to pass into half guard.
Munhoz is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Munhoz is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Frehley doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Munhoz. Frehley is trying to stand.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Munhoz is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Frehley is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Erico Munhoz!
