This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 41 wins and 44 losses; Long Wang! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, William Gold and Colin Fotheringham.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. Sparxx closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Wang did well to prevent Sparxx getting side control. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Sparxx (2) vs (0) Wang Wang keeps control of the position for the meantime. We've been hearing good reports from Sparxx's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills.
