Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 27 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Marshal Mayhem!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 1, fighting out of London, Bubble Shrimp!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A lazy left from Mayhem finds it's target.
Mayhem misses with a straight left.
Mayhem smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Mayhem instigates a clinch.
A shot in the inside from Mayhem.
A left hand lands to the body for Mayhem.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Mayhem.
Mayhem lands with a right to the head.
Mayhem lands a left hand that snaps the head of Shrimp backwards.
Mayhem scores with a shot to the side of Shrimp's head.
Shrimp tries to stall but Mayhem uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Mayhem breaks the clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Mayhem fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Shrimp on the side of the head.
Mayhem missing with a left hand there. Shrimp was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Shrimp's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Mayhem connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Shrimp scrambles back to his feet.
Shrimp wants to clinch up but Mayhem keeps it at a distance.
Shrimp throws a right hand that misses
and Mayhem counters by clinching up.
Mayhem lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Mayhem lands a right hand.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Shrimp throws a punch but it's blocked by Mayhem.
Mayhem pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Mayhem slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Shrimp is rocked!
Mayhem circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Shrimp tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Mayhem wins by KO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Marshal Mayhem!
Marshal Mayhem was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
