Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chris Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alvin Wallace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wallace has chosen Aphex Twin - Come To Daddy as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chris Jackson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Alvin Wallace! The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Lou da Vinci and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson fails with an attempt to clinch.
Jackson decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Jackson thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Wallace's head. Jackson not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Jackson wants to pass the guard but Wallace is defending well. Jackson thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Wallace's head. Wallace keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Wallace flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wallace is doing well to control the position and prevent Jackson from advancing to side control.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Wallace tries to keep at a distance but Jackson has taken the fight into the clinch. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wallace continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up. Wallace throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. A left hand lands to the body for Wallace.
Wallace manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Alvin Wallace. Jackson fails with the takedown. Wallace moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Wallace throws a series of strikes that have Jackson backpedaling.
Jackson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wallace paws at him with a jab and circles away. Wallace lands a jab to Jackson's midsection. Jackson takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Jackson is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wallace lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Jackson sprawling to the canvas. Wallace follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Jackson hang on?
Jackson is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Wallace slows the pace down in half guard. Oh Jackson is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Wallace really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jackson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Jackson seems to have got his legs back now. Jackson throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Jackson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Wallace blocks the strikes from Jackson.

The referee calls for the fighters to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jackson lands one or two decent shots to the body here. Although from his own half guard, he's not going to be causing too much damage. Wallace is figuring out what he wants to do next. Let's hope that Wallace has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Jackson is trying to stand up here but Wallace is controlling him well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Wallace in particular looking to stall. Jackson throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Jackson is trying to stand back up but Wallace is controlling him

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Jackson striking from the bottom but nothing landed.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Alvin Wallace dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Wallace lands a nice shot to the body.
Wallace takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Chris Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jackson shoots in looking for a takedown. Wallace tries to sprawl out of it but Jackson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Wallace manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Jackson walks straight into a right hand from Wallace - that's dropped him! Wallace jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Jackson from any more punishment! Jackson complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:13 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Alvin Wallace!
