Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Thomaz Turbando (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hermann Goring (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Thomaz Turbando has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Thomaz Turbando seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hermann Goring!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Robert Twigg and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goring shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Turbando as he avoids it easily.
Goring shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Turbando pinned against the cage. Turbando gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Turbando tries to clinch there but Goring circles away.
Goring takes a head kick and keeps coming.
It looks like Hermann Goring has been cut.
Goring fails with the takedown.
Thomaz Turbando has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hermann Goring.
Goring feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Goring looks gassed!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Goring postures up in Turbando's guard and throws a big left but Turbando blocks it.

Goring working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Goring sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Turbando's guard.
Turbando trying to hold on to Goring's head to control him but Goring postures up.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Turbando scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Goring is looking to improve his position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Turbando trying to control from half guard but Goring is working away.
Turbando is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Turbando is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Turbando seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Goring does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Goring tries to get to full guard but Turbando has control of the leg.
Turbando wants to stand but Goring has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
Turbando wants to lay and pray for a moment but Goring keeps working.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Turbando shoots for a takedown but Goring saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Turbando misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Goring shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Turbando looking for a guillotine here but Goring defends easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Goring drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Goring as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Turbando screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Goring! Nice submission victory there!
