Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Phil Qwerty (ranked 3050 p4p, 3640 weight class) and Aingot Nofud (ranked 356 p4p, 405 weight class). Aingot Nofud will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Phil Qwerty!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Aingot Nofud!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Roosa Järviläinen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nofud throws a body shot but no joy.
Nice uppercut lands for Qwerty. That snapped Nofud's head back.
Nofud lands a nice leg kick that just misses Qwerty's sensitive parts.
Nofud swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Nofud slips a straight right by Qwerty.
The crowd cheers as Qwerty lands an impressive looking overhand right. Nofud doesn't seem phased though.
Aingot Nofud seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

It looks like Phil Qwerty has been cut.
Qwerty throws a jab but it's blocked by Nofud.
Nofud ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Qwerty moves away.
Nofud feints and then cracks Qwerty's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Qwerty down.

and Nofud counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Qwerty wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Nofud has him pressed against the cage.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Nofud creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Nofud is working for takedown but Qwerty is calmly controlling the position for now.

Phil Qwerty has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aingot Nofud.

Qwerty might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Qwerty looking to sit in guard and control but Nofud gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Qwerty takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Qwerty misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Nofud connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
A looping hook to the body misses from Nofud. Qwerty does a little dance to reset his feet.
Qwerty misses with an uppercut. Nofud saw that one coming.
Nofud is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Qwerty checks a low kick from Nofud.
Nofud lands a high kick to the side of Qwerty's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Nofud dives into guard, looking to finish.
Qwerty is rocked!

Qwerty is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Nofud has latched onto it... Big trouble! Nofud pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it Qwerty is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Nofud!
