The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Jota fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Jota is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Duarte to keep the fight standing.
Duarte tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Duarte displaying some good clinch control by pressing Jota up against the cage.

Duarte jumps into guard, dragging Jota to the mat.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Duarte can't keep his opponent in guard - Jota advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Jota maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Duarte could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Jota has cracked it and Duarte is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Jota!
