Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cedric De Boise (ranked 980 p4p, 1756 weight class) and Matvey Buryckin (ranked 107 p4p, 195 weight class). De Boise comes to the cage accompanied by Do Your Thing. Cedric De Boise has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 27 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Cedric De Boise! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Matvey Buryckin! The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Hugh Johnson and Ben Watson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Buryckin lands with a nice body punch. Buryckin throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Sloppy strikes from Buryckin. Those never looked like landing. De Boise scores with a hook. Buryckin has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from De Boise finds it's way round the side to connect with Buryckin's head. Buryckin throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Buryckin stuns De Boise with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. De Boise has been working on his boxing with his coaches at London MMA Club in the buildup to the fight. Buryckin swings and misses with a shot to the body and De Boise counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Buryckin is rocked! Matvey Buryckin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Buryckin pushing out the jab but it's not landing. De Boise half committed to a counter leg kick. Buryckin throws a right and a left that De Boise avoids nicely. De Boise half committed to a counter leg kick. Buryckin jabs De Boise right on the nose. De Boise blinks but takes it well. Buryckin on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! De Boise lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. De Boise uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Buryckin.
That's one minute gone in the round. De Boise swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Buryckin thuds a left hand into De Boise's body. Buryckin is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down De Boise rather than just go for the knockout. De Boise fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Buryckin looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Buryckin misses with a wild combination.

and De Boise counters with a one-two to the body. Jab, jab by Buryckin - just one landing. Buryckin dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Buryckin listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Buryckin drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Buryckin is trying to get an arm triangle but De Boise is defending well. Buryckin thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Buryckin is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. De Boise is trying to escape and Buryckin transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and De Boise is forced to tap! Nice work there by Buryckin! Very nice indeed!
