Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Aoki Ikoa (ranked 4082 p4p, 4260 weight class) and Srabion Mkhmeljian (ranked 414 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Aoki Ikoa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Srabion Mkhmeljian!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Shirou Masuda and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ikoa instigates a clinch.
Mkhmeljian is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Ikoa is defending well.
Ikoa escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Ikoa lands a left and a right that send Mkhmeljian crashing to the mat, dazed. Ikoa thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Srabion Mkhmeljian has been cut.
Ikoa cracks a nice hook into Mkhmeljian's ribs.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ikoa connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Ikoa tries a head kick but it misses.
Mkhmeljian is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.

Mkhmeljian throws a jab but it's blocked by Ikoa.
Ikoa seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Ikoa uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Mkhmeljian.
Ikoa tests Mkhmeljian's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Mkhmeljian is rocked!
Mkhmeljian takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Mkhmeljian is still on wobbly legs! Can Ikoa finish him?
Ikoa fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Mkhmeljian looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Mkhmeljian looks winded!
Mkhmeljian is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Ikoa just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Mkhmeljian has gone limp and this one is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Aoki Ikoa!
