Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 22 - 96 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mmm Mmm! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 68 - 49 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zambosurian Inday! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Cecil Peabody and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Inday fails with the takedown and Mmm counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Inday looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mmm is fending him off so far but Inday persists. Nope, Mmm circles away and we're back to standing. Mmm shoots in looking for a takedown but Inday manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Mmm's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mmm shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Inday pinned against the cage. Inday gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Inday fails with a takedown attempt. Mmm Mmm has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zambosurian Inday. Mmm fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Inday sprawls well initially but Mmm persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Inday blocking the ground and pound attempt from Mmm.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Inday is controlling Mmm's position as best he can from this difficult position. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Mmm's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Inday is trying to control but can't.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Mmm is trying to control. Inday wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mmm dives in and grabs Inday's left leg, looking for a takedown. Inday pushes down on Mmm's head and hops out. Inday replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Mmm blocks it well. Inday defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Mmm. Nice takedown defense from Inday. No joy for Mmm on that attempt. Mmm throws a leg kick that is checked so Inday counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Mmm can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Inday controls the pace.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mmm trying to control the position here. Inday throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Inday sitting in guard here, content to control. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. It looks like Inday might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Zambosurian Inday dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Mmm has a takedown stuffed. Inday steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect. Inday shoots in for a takedown but Mmm shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Inday tries for a takedown but Mmm sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mmm fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Inday avoids it really well and circles away.
That's one minute gone in the round. No luck for Mmm with that takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mmm Mmm. That's going to take a lot out of him. Mmm shoots in for a double leg but Inday sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Inday drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Mmm defends it well. Inday looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Inday showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mmm doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Inday has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mmm being controlled here, momentarily. Mmm trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Inday is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Inday scores with a takedown into Mmm's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Inday engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Mmm has his hands on Inday's head, controlling the position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Zambosurian Inday showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Inday drives through with a takedown into Mmm's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Inday is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Zambosurian Inday has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Inday is fighting to break Mmm's control of his arms but Mmm is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Inday preventing the sweep. Mmm is trying to control the position but Inday postures up. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Inday sitting in guard here, content to control.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Mmm tries to score a power double leg takedown but Inday sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Mmm somewhat. Mmm closes the distance and clinches up with Inday, looking for a takedown. Mmm pushes Inday against the cage but Inday circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Inday shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Mmm is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. Mmm Mmm has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Zambosurian Inday is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Inday content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
And that's the end of the fight! Zambosurian Inday comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Inday has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
