Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ola Badmus (ranked 1587 p4p, 1206 weight class) and Wusan Ritori (ranked 200 p4p, 153 weight class). This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ola Badmus! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Wusan Ritori! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Roosa Järviläinen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Badmus swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Ritori is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Badmus with a body shot. Badmus cracks Ritori with a right hand to the side of the head. Ritori ducks under a wild hook from Badmus. Badmus scores with a leg kick.

Ritori with a jab. Nice cross by Badmus. Ritori avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Ritori appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick. Ritori scores with a jab to the body. Badmus connects with a single shot there. The fighters circle momentarily. Badmus darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Ritori keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Badmus. Ritori missing with a left hand there. Badmus was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Badmus tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Badmus takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Badmus is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Ritori to keep the fight standing. Ritori lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Ritori works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Ritori showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Badmus isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Ritori stacks Badmus on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Ritori! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Ritori controlling from side mount. Badmus can't do much from the bottom here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Badmus is looking for a sweep. Badmus wants to control but Ritori postures up. Ritori moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Badmus struggling a bit here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Badmus gets in close and instigates a clinch. Badmus is trying to pull guard but Ritori turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ola Badmus. That's going to take a lot out of him. Ritori lands with a short shot to the head. Badmus jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Ritori walks away with a smile on his face. Badmus gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Badmus fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Badmus looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Badmus is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Ritori misses with an uppercut. Badmus saw that one coming. Ritori throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. A telegraphed right hand from Badmus misses the target. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Ola Badmus dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Badmus blocks a leg kick. Badmus misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Badmus tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Ritori manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Badmus throws a jab when Ritori was well out of range. Ritori moves away from the strike by Badmus. Ritori swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Badmus tries to clinch there but Ritori circles away.

and Ritori cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Badmus scores with a sloppy right hand. Ritori should have avoided that one. Ritori drops his hands momentarily and Badmus takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Badmus is looking to clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Badmus misses with an uppercut. Ritori looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Badmus throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Ritori tried to score with a low kick but Badmus checks it. Badmus tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ritori paws at him with a jab and circles away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ritori's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Badmus connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Ritori scrambles back to his feet. Ritori misses the jab. Badmus scores with the left hand. Ritori knows he should have avoided that one. Badmus moves into range and clinches up with Ritori. The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Ritori. Badmus fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Badmus is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Ritori is aware though and is defending well. Badmus looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Badmus seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission. Badmus is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Ritori defends well. Badmus is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

That was a close second round but I would say that Ola Badmus will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. And we move into the final round!
Badmus fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Ritori, pushing him back against the cage. Ritori's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Nice straight punches there by Badmus. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Badmus. A looping hook to the body misses from Ritori. Badmus does a little dance to reset his feet. Badmus tries to clinch up but Ritori circles away and keeps his distance. Badmus backing away here, and Ritori unleashes a leg kick that just misses. Ritori looks to throw the jab but Badmus is out of range. Badmus misses with a looping left. Ritori keeps the fight on the outside. Ritori takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Badmus gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Ritori is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. A telegraphed right hand from Badmus misses the target.
That's one minute gone in the round. Badmus connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Ritori's hands. Ritori looks to throw a body kick and Badmus counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Ritori steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Badmus. Ritori flicks out a counter leg kick but Badmus steps away. Ritori digs a good hook to Badmus's body.

and Ritori counters with a lovely straight right hand! Ritori displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Badmus throws out the jab. Ola Badmus is winning the standup battle so far. A low kick from Badmus misses and Ritori counters with a straight right hand. A nice leg kick lands there from Ritori. Badmus tries to clinch there but Ritori circles away.
Badmus drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Ritori lands a nice looking body shot.
Ritori has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Badmus is looking to clinch. A little jabbing left from Ritori on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Ritori and Badmus are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Ritori throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Badmus into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Ritori knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Wusan Ritori! After winning the bout, Wusan Ritori thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
