The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Richardson looking to score a takedown here. Paramount is defending well but Richardson drives through and ends up in Paramount's guard.
Paramount is looking to stand back up but Richardson counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Paramount.
Richardson works his way into side control.
Richardson advances to mount.
Paramount tries to improve his position but instead Richardson has taken his back!
Paramount is trying to break free.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Richardson is riding his opponent, not letting Paramount buck him off.
Richardson has the hooks in. Paramount is starting to panic. He's trying to push off one of the legs but he's left his neck open to attack. Richardson passes his arm under Paramount's neck and tightens up a rear naked choke! This one is surely all over! Yes, Paramount taps!
