Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lashley fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Carandang, pushing him back against the cage.
Carandang looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Lashley breaks the clinch.
Lashley feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Lashley is stalling in the full guard.
Lashley with a flurry of punches that miss.
Lashley decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Carandang, up you get!
Carandang throws a half hearted mid kick.
Carandang tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lashley was well out of range. Poor timing from Carandang.
Lashley should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Lashley misses the shot to the body.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Lashley.

Lashley decides to stand back up. Lashley steps back and let's Carandang get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Lashley looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Carandang!
Lashley is landing with some decent strikes but Carandang is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Lashley quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Lashley but it's paid off an Carandang is forced to tap! Nice work by Lashley.
