The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Gonzales with that takedown attempt.

A kick lands to the mid section there for Segatto.

Segatto shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Gonzales's guard.

Gonzales had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Segatto is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Gonzales Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Segatto's back instead.
