This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the light heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Los Angeles, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 1 losses; Tinashe Chukwuma! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Sydney, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 1 losses; Kenji Matsuda!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Ren Mimura and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.
Chukwuma shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Matsuda counters by clinching up.

Chukwuma ties up his opponent against the ropes and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Chukwuma no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Matsuda looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
