Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Nathan Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dong Hyun Ma!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ma circles away.
Lee fails with a takedown attempt.
Lee with a poor takedown
and Ma counters with a nice uppercut.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nathan Lee. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ma throws a nice looking combination but Lee bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Lee dives in for a single leg takedown but Ma sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Ma is trying to trip Lee. He has hold of a leg but Lee is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Ma persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Ma seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Ma slips nicely into half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lee is trying to stand up here but Ma is controlling him well.
Lee is breathing heavily.
Ma maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Lee could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Ma has cracked it and Lee is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Ma!
