Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 1, fighting out of New York, Irlav Jarol!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Douche Bag!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Reed Andrews and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bag gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Jarol counters with a right hand to the body.
Bag tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Jarol manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Decent striking displayed by Jarol there.
Bag tries for a takedown but Jarol circles away easily
and Jarol counters with a straight right hand.
Bag doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Jarol counters with a series of strikes. Bag will be more careful next time no doubt.
Irlav Jarol has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Douche Bag.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bag wants to clinch
and Jarol counters with a crisp right that sends Bag to the canvas! Jarol follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
