Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Adam Rabago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jones Sanders (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rabago comes to the cage accompanied by The Difference Between. Jones Sanders struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 171.7lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adam Rabago! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jones Sanders! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Frank Dennis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rabago closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Sanders sneaks back into half guard. Sanders slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Sanders is trying to control the position but Rabago postures up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sanders preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Rabago postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Rabago got a little sloppy there for a moment and Sanders has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rabago has managed to get both his arms back between Sanders's legs - danger averted. Sanders looking to hit a scissor sweep but Rabago is one step ahead there. Sanders working a defensive guard here.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Rabago accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Rabago got a little sloppy there for a moment and Sanders has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rabago has managed to get both his arms back between Sanders's legs - danger averted. Rabago thows a big elbow that misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rabago thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Rabago has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Rabago postures up.
Sanders looks gassed! Rabago loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Rabago is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Rabago distracts Sanders with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Rabago missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Sanders not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Sanders feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Rabago keeping moving, preventing Sanders from controlling successfully. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Rabago looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Sanders gets to his feet - Rabago follows without any prompting. Nice uppercut there from Sanders. Rabago gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sanders drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Sanders jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Sanders trying to control the position from guard on top but Rabago is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Rabago will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Sanders working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Sanders wants to control from the top but Rabago keeps moving. Rabago has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Sanders should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Rabago has tightened it up now! Sanders should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
