Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Stanley Reynolds (ranked 25229 p4p, 3932 weight class) and Jersey Turnpike (ranked 539 p4p, 457 weight class). Turnpike has chosen Don’t Stop the Party -Pitbull ft TJR as his entrance music. Turnpike has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Reynolds slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Reynolds is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Turnpike will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.

Reynolds is working to tighten his grip on Turnpike's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Turnpike has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Reynolds is really squeezing tight and eventually Turnpike passes out! Reynolds breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Stanley Reynolds decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
