Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mikail Bekaert!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kaataja slips under a jab.
The fighters circle momentarily. Kaataja darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Kalle Kaataja seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kaataja throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Bekaert on the side of the head.

Bekaert avoids the body shot from Kaataja.
Kaataja connects with a nice looking jab.
Kaataja really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
A telegraphed right hand from Bekaert misses the target.
Bekaert moves forwards but Kaataja connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Kaataja lands a head shot.
Bekaert misses with a hook.
Kaataja avoids the body shot from Bekaert.
Kaataja is looking to counter punch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bekaert takes a swing at Kaataja's ribcage but misses.
Kaataja throws a nice looking combination but Bekaert bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Kaataja connects with a single shot there.
Kaataja scores with a nice strike.
Kaataja lands a left and a right that send Bekaert crashing to the mat, dazed. Kaataja thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Bekaert is rocked!
Kaataja darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Bekaert's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Kaataja before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kalle Kaataja!
